Artemesia's Quest

This project was a particularly fun one for me, being someone who enjoys retro games a little more than modern games in most instances. We were tasked with creating a game that would belong on a console from before 2004 using the native programming language and if necessary other software of the era.

I opted for gameboy colour for my game as this seemed the most interesting of the available consoles. I decided to make a  2d platformer game with simplistic pixel art graphics and I created it in C, a language I had previously never touched. This was the result and I am quite proud of what I accomplished in a short amount of time.

Included in the download is the rom and the emulator with which to play the game in case you don't have one of your own. Please feel free to use a different emulator, it should work just the same.
